Saddle up and join Cycling in Sandwell's cycle rides around Sandwell Valley. All rides are short and easy (10 miles max) and follow off-road paths or minor roads. The rides start at the same place and time, so its easy to remember. The starting time is 10.00 am on the first Sunday of the month.

The Cycling in Sandwell Rides will run on the first Sunday of every month in 2010. They will depart from the war memorial in Dartmouth Park at 10am. All rides will last 2 to 3 hours with a break. You may choose to buy lunch back at the Sandwell Park Farm cafe.

Please bring a roadworth bike, drink, spare inner tube, pump and basic puncture repair kit. If you use an inhaler please bring it with you. Children under 16 should be accompanied by an adult.
